The Key Accounts Manager will drive new opportunities and increase Share of Wallet (SoW) by overseeing, reinforcing, expanding on, and sustaining relationships with SYSPRO’s key customers. <ul><li>Bachelor's Degree</li><li>In-depth experience within the manufacturing and/or distribution industry (8 years plus)</li><li>ERP industry experience (Advantageous)</li><li>Target Market Industry Experience (Advantageous)</li><li>Proven account management or other relevant experience</li><li>Strong and broad cross-functional business process knowledge</li></ul> <ul><li>Building and maintaining long term relationships with key stakeholders and providing real value-adding support, recommendations and solutions based on continual, accurate and in-depth exploration, analyses and integration of such customers' business requirements. </li><li>Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts </li><li>Strengthening and growing our SYSPRO account footprint by offering solutions and services as part of an end-to-end offering </li><li>Ensuring Profit & Loss (P&L)   budgeted financial goals are reached or exceeded in key customer retention   categories and drive customer longevity</li><li><div style="text-align:justify;">Conceptualize and manage customer Share of Wallet (SoW) by means of campaigns and initiatives</div></li><li><div style="text-align:justify;">Assist, as SYSPRO product-solution advisor, in sales and pre-sales, in order to offer relevant solutions in response to   customer needs and objectives.</div></li><li><div style="text-align:justify;">Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors</div></li><li><div style="text-align:justify;">Function as liaison between SYSPRO internal   teams and partners with the emphasis on collecting key customers’ business   requirements and delivering on promises.</div></li><li><div style="text-align:justify;">Ensuring partner engagement with customers and   SYSPRO.  This includes possessing a   thorough knowledge of the SYSPRO Partner Program.</div></li><li style="text-align:justify;">Monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) per key   account</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Track and monitor key customer business   requirements</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Monitor key customer satisfaction levels</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Monthly and Quarterly forecasting, tracking and reporting of key account metrics</li></ul> <ul style="direction: ltr;text-align: left;"><li style="direction: ltr;">13 paid company holidays in 2026</li><li style="direction: ltr;">20 vacation days</li><li style="direction: ltr;">6 wellness days</li><li style="direction: ltr;">401k from day one of hire</li><li style="direction: ltr;">Health/Dental/Vision Insurance the first of the month after hire</li><li style="direction: ltr;">Life insurance</li><li style="direction: ltr;">Bonus/ commission</li><li style="direction: ltr;">Maternity and Paternity Leave</li></ul>
