This role is ideal for <strong>newly licensed attorneys</strong>.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Manage cases from filing through post-judgment</li><li>Conduct legal research and draft legal documents</li><li>Represent clients in court hearings across Florida</li><li>Negotiate with opposing counsel</li><li>Handle a high-volume caseload efficiently</li><li>Communicate case updates and strategies</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Active Florida Bar license (required)</strong></li><li>0–3 years of experience (litigation, collections, or bankruptcy preferred)</li><li>Courtroom or hearing experience (preferred)</li><li>Strong research, writing, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3><ul><li>Multi-state licensure or eligibility</li></ul><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
