This role is ideal for newly licensed attorneys.<hr><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage cases from filing through post-judgment</li><li>Conduct legal research and draft legal documents</li><li>Represent clients in court hearings across Florida</li><li>Negotiate with opposing counsel</li><li>Handle a high-volume caseload efficiently</li><li>Communicate case updates and strategies</li></ul><hr><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Active Florida Bar license (required)</li><li>0–3 years of experience (litigation, collections, or bankruptcy preferred)</li><li>Courtroom or hearing experience (preferred)</li><li>Strong research, writing, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases</li></ul><hr><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Multi-state licensure or eligibility</li></ul>Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
