This is a critical leadership-track role for a professional who can navigate complex sales cycles while pioneering the use of AI-driven methodologies to increase efficiency and personalization and operating in a remote first environment.You will be responsible for penetrating high-value enterprise targets (i.e., Wealth Management firms, Banks, Wirehouses, Independent Broker Dealers, etc.) while simultaneously coaching a team of BDRs to master the art of enterprise prospecting.<h3 style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:13px;margin-bottom:13px;">Compensation This position offers a base salary range of $80k -$100K based on experience, plus the opportunity to earn commissions.</h3><h3 style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:13px;margin-bottom:13px;">Primary Responsibilities & Expectations</h3><ul><li style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:13px;">Orchestrate a sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) framework to penetrate high-value Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations. You will map complex buying committees and execute multi-threaded campaigns that align FMG’s solutions with specific corporate objectives.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Utilize AI writing and research tools to generate highly personalized outreach for C-level executives at scale, moving beyond generic templates.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Lead discovery calls focused on enterprise ROI, digital transformation, and how FMG solves the marketing and compliance hurdles unique to large financial firms.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Expertly navigate and maintain our core internal tech stack; including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and WeConnect, while testing emerging AI tools to help automate administrative tasks and manual research.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain a personal quota of qualified enterprise opportunities while testing and validating new AI-driven sales outreach tactics.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Develop opportunities through prospecting, email promotions & follow up on leads.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)</li></ul><h3 style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:13px;margin-bottom:13px;">Leadership & Coaching </h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Build, train, and mentor a team of BDR’s (1-2 to start which will grow over time) focused on advanced prospecting techniques, using AI tools for collaboration. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Conduct weekly 1:1s and coaching sessions with the team, focusing on AI-assisted research and multi-channel prospecting techniques.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Monitor team KPIs (conversion rates and meeting quality) to provide actionable feedback and improve pipeline velocity.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Build and grow team over team as business expands with vision to move into a full time BDR leadership position as enterprise sales expand. </li></ul><h3 style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:13px;margin-bottom:13px;">Skills and Qualifications</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Enterprise Sales Experience: 3+ years in Business Development or Sales, with a proven track record of prospecting into Mid-Market or Enterprise organizations (SaaS preferred).</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Deep understanding of the financial services landscape, including the regulatory hurdles faced by enterprise-level firms.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Exceptional ability to articulate a complex value proposition to C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Demonstrated experience using AI-driven sales engagement tools, or automated research agents to enhance sales performance.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">A continuous learner who stays updated on the latest AI sales trends and can translate them into practical team workflows.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Prior experience as a Team Lead or Senior BDR with a passion for mentoring others in modern, tech-enabled sales techniques.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Advanced proficiency in HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Self starter and resourceful individual who can drive results in a virtual team environment. </li></ul>At FMG, we believe in the wholehearted acceptance of each other regardless of our differences.
