Business Analyst Senior

<p>SAIC is looking for an experienced Business Analyst Sr. to join our team at the DOI.</p><ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and analyze business needs.</li><li>Establish and develop relationships between customer and stakeholders</li><li>Research and summarize federal and organizational policies related to data management and data governance</li><li>Review, write, and edit technical documentation and organizational policy</li><li>Define and develop business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics</li><li>Facilitate or lead discussions or workshops to identify areas of improvement, business needs, insights and validate findings</li><li>Analyze current state processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions to optimize workflows</li><li>Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations to communicate policies and workflows<br>Ideal candidate will possess the following skills: </li><li>Strong technical writing</li><li>Ability to synthesize and distill complex information</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate business information with a diverse audience</li><li>Strong PowerPoint skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple assignments</li><li>Proactive in identifying issues or recommending improvements</li><li>Understanding of organizational structures and organizational change management </li><li>Experience with IT systems, GIS systems, Geospatial data environments, and data analysis, is preferred</li><li>Experience supporting data governance initiatives and data platform operations, is preferred<br> </li></ul> <br><a href="http://www.saic.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="box-sizing: border-box; text-decoration-line: none;">SAIC®</a> is a premier Fortune 500® mission integrator focused on advancing the power of technology and innovation to serve and protect our world.
