<h2><strong>Role Overview</strong></h2> <p>Dar Labs is seeking a <strong>Sales & Partnerships Lead</strong> to drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding institutional opportunities. This role will be responsible for <strong>closing high-value sales, nurturing long-term relationships, and developing new revenue channels</strong> across Dar Labs’ programs, including practitioner training, retreats, and institutional initiatives.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a <strong>consultative salesperson</strong> who can engage thoughtfully with professionals, educators, and community leaders while maintaining the integrity of Dar Labs’ mission and values.</p> <p>This role will work closely with the <strong>marketing team (lead generation), product leadership, and operations</strong> to convert interest into sustainable revenue growth.</p> <p></p> <h1><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h1> <h2><strong>1. Sales Conversion & Pipeline Management</strong></h2> <ul><li>Convert qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, and events into paying customers.</li><li>Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients and partners.</li><li>Guide prospects through the decision-making process for programs, training, and retreats.</li><li>Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline within the CRM.</li><li>Track conversion rates and improve the sales process over time.<br><br></li></ul> <h2><strong>2. High-Ticket Sales</strong></h2> <ul><li>Sell premium programs such as:<ul><li>Practitioner training programs</li><li>Retreat experiences</li><li>Specialized courses</li><li>Consulting or institutional programs</li></ul></li><li>Develop strong trust-based relationships with prospective clients.</li><li>Identify client needs and recommend appropriate programs.<br><br></li></ul> <h2><strong>3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth</strong></h2> <ul><li>Collaborate with leadership to develop revenue strategies and targets.</li><li>Provide feedback from prospects to improve offers, messaging, and pricing.</li><li>Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels.</li><li>Support launch strategies for new programs and offerings.<br><br></li></ul> <h2><strong>4. Client Experience & Relationship Management</strong></h2> <ul><li>Ensure prospective clients receive thoughtful and professional communication.</li><li>Follow up with leads and maintain long-term relationships.</li><li>Support onboarding of new clients into programs.<br><br></li></ul> <h1><strong>Qualifications</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Required:</strong></h3> <ul><li>3+ years of experience in <strong>sales, partnerships, or business development</strong></li><li>Proven ability to close <strong>high-ticket sales ($2K–$20K+)</strong></li><li>Experience managing a <strong>sales pipeline and CRM</strong></li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Ability to sell in a <strong>consultative, mission-aligned manner</strong><br><br></li></ul> <h3><strong>Preferred:</strong></h3> <ul><li>Experience selling <strong>education, coaching, wellness, or professional training programs</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>community-based organizations or nonprofit partnerships</strong></li><li>Familiarity with <strong>CRM platforms and marketing automation systems</strong></li><li>Experience presenting to groups or organizations<br><br></li></ul>
