Concrete Form Carpenter

Essential Functions:

• Build, set, align, and strip concrete forms for footings, walls, slabs, sidewalks, and structural components
• Accurately measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal forming systems
• Operate hand and power tools , including jackhammers, saws, grinders, tampers, and sledgehammers
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow all OSHA and Eby Construction safety policies

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of concrete form carpentry experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong understanding of layout and elevations
• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable working outdoors in Kansas weather
• Reliable transportation to Wichita-area job sites
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team mindset
