This is a remote freelance position, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while supporting teams behind the scenes to keep processes running smoothly.<h3>Role Overview</h3>As a Contract Approval Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing signed contracts, ensuring all information is correct, and coordinating with internal teams to support a seamless deal flow from Business Development through to Customer Success.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Verify and review signed contracts for accuracy and completeness</li><li>Communicate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to resolve any corrections or missing information</li><li>Create and manage deals within Zendesk Sell (ZD Sell)</li><li>Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth handover of approved deals</li><li>Maintain clear and organised records of contract approvals and updates</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Full-time availability</li><li>Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in Ukrainian (essential) & German (Desirable)</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams</li><li>Confident using systems and following structured processes</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Remote freelance working arrangement</li><li>Starting salary of €3.50 per hour</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Clear processes and structured training</li><li>Opportunity for long-term career progression within operations and customer success teams</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with multiple departments and gain valuable operational experience</li></ul>
