<p>Our client is looking for a <strong>Creator Management Coordinator</strong> to support the day-to-day operations of managing <strong>Gen Z creators</strong>, with a strong focus on <strong>TikTok and music content</strong>.</p><p>This is a highly operational role at the core of creator management. You’ll work closely with creators, manage pipelines, coordinate deals, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.</p><p>If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love staying organized, and enjoy working with creators and digital culture—this role is for you.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li><p>Identify and source creators for music management opportunities</p></li><li><p>Build and manage a structured creator pipeline</p></li><li><p>Support day-to-day creator management operations</p></li><li><p>Keep creator statuses updated across internal systems</p></li><li><p>Conduct outreach and follow-ups with potential creators</p></li><li><p>Lead onboarding calls and guide new creators through setup</p></li><li><p>Manage onboarding checklists and creator activation</p></li><li><p>Handle creator inboxes and daily communication</p></li><li><p>Manage inbound opportunities and ensure timely follow-up</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and negotiate brand + music opportunities</p></li><li><p>Identify relevant partnerships (brands, PR, events, gifting)</p></li><li><p>Track deal progress and ensure campaigns go live smoothly</p></li><li><p>Coordinate internally on invoicing and payments</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal systems</p></li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li><p>Proven experience in <strong>creator management 2+ years</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Ability to juggle multiple workflows and priorities</p></li><li><p>Proactive mindset with strong follow-up habits</p></li><li><p>Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments</p></li><li><p>Strong relationship-building skills with creators</p></li><li><p>Experience working with structured systems and processes</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRMs, and task management tools</p></li><li><p><strong>Near-native / C2 level English</strong> (written & spoken)</p></li><li><p>Confident and polished on live calls with creators</p></li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li><p>Experience in influencer marketing or partnerships</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with tools like Airtable, CRMs, or project management platforms</p></li><li><p>Understanding of brand deals, PR, and creator monetization</p></li></ul><h3>What Success Looks Like</h3><ul><li><p>Creators move through the pipeline efficiently and consistently</p></li><li><p>Onboarding is smooth, structured, and professional</p></li><li><p>Inboxes are organized and highly responsive</p></li><li><p>Internal systems are always accurate and up to date</p></li><li><p>Brand and music opportunities are executed seamlessly</p></li></ul>
