font-size: 12pt">Support the administration and ongoing improvement of our <span style="font-weight: bold">Customer Success and Revenue Operations tools</span>, including Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, and related systems</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Serve as a go‑to partner for Customer Success, New Business, and RevOps teams by translating process needs into system updates and enhancements</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Assist with <span style="font-weight: bold">tool configuration, testing, deployment, and QA</span> for new features, workflows, and process changes</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Identify inefficiencies or friction in tools and workflows, and recommend practical improvements that enhance productivity and data quality</span></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Salesforce (Junior Admin Focus)</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Support <span style="font-weight: bold">Salesforce administration tasks</span>, including:</span> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Page layouts, fields, record types, and validation rules</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Basic flows and automation (with guidance from senior stakeholders as needed)</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Data imports, updates, and cleanup (Data Loader, Import Wizard)</span></li> </ul> </li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Partner with RevOps to help maintain <span style="font-weight: bold">CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and reporting consistency</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">Foundational experience with <span style="font-weight: bold">Salesforce administration</span> (6+ months hands‑on)</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
