Find your next opportunity today!</span></span></p><p></p><p><b>Description of Work</b></p>The Deputy Infrastructure Director serves as the second-in-command to the Infrastructure Director and plays a critical leadership role in managing IT service delivery across 13 state-operated healthcare facilities. This position directly oversees the Help desk and Desktop Support managers, ensuring high-quality end-user support, incident resolution, and endpoint readiness, including EHR-related systems such as Epic.
