Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pipeline management, offer support, and overall recruiting operations.</p> <p data-start="475" data-end="642">This is an excellent opportunity for transitioning service members to gain practical experience in talent acquisition while supporting mission-driven federal programs.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Sourcing & Pipeline Development</strong> <ul> <li>Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn,), military transition platforms, professional networks and employee referrals.</li> <li>Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active requisitions.</li> <li>Conduct Boolean searches and leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Screening & Interviewing</strong> <ul> <li>Review resumes and applications against position requirements.</li> <li>Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, interest and availability.</li> <li>Deliver structured candidate summaries to hiring managers.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Coordination & Administration</strong> <ul> <li>Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.</li> <li>Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).</li> <li>Draft, edit and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Recruiting Operations Support</strong> <ul> <li>Produce weekly pipeline reports and track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill)</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p></p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Qaulifications:</b><div> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field; 4+ years of military experience in administration, personnel or human resources can substitute for degree.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.</li> <li>Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.</li> <li>Effective interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms.</li> <li>Familiarity with Job Boards or similar sourcing tools.</li> <li>Prior experience conducting interviews, counseling sessions or personnel briefs.</li> <li>Interest in talent acquisition, human resources and workforce development.</li> </ul> <p>Other Eligibility Factors:</p> <p>• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.</p> <p>• Reliable in meeting deadlines and deliverables.</p> <p>• Willingness to follow information governance and documentation standards.</p> <p>• Ability to handle sensitive candidate and employee information responsibly.</p> <p>• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including BD, proposals and hiring managers.</p> <p>• Professional maturity and accountability appropriate for a consulting role.</p> </div><p><br></p><p></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px">At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px"> </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
