Flight Team Member- Various Shifts - Independence, KS

JOB SUMMARY
Assemble, troubleshoot and repair airframes, engines and systems. Perform modification work on aircraft as required. Perform engine and propeller buildup, installation and adjustment as required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

P

erform a variety of mechanical duties on assigned aircraft models including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly and adjustment of various systems to complete the aircraft thru flight and delivery to the customer.

P

erform duties in a manner consistent with the highest standards of safety.

M

ake appropriate entries in aircraft records.

G

eneral supervision needed in order the complete tasks plus additional on the job training required.

N

eeds assistance to find solutions in order to solve problems.

L

istens to concerns and responds appropriately based on feedback given through the learning curve.

W

ill learn to identify the need for improvements and be open to new ideas.

EDUCATION
Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification.

EXPERIENCE
Aircraft maintenance experience is preferred.
