Full Stack Engineer (JavaScript Stack, AI-Native)

<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer who’s comfortable owning features end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of modern JavaScript development and AI-driven systems. You’ll build, scale, and maintain production applications while working closely with product, design, and data teams.</p><p>This is not a support role. You’ll be expected to think in systems, make technical decisions, and write clean, maintainable code.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks</p></li><li><p>Own features from the requirement discussion through deployment and post-release improvements</p></li><li><p>Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and data models</p></li><li><p>Build responsive, performant frontends with a strong focus on usability</p></li><li><p>Integrate AI capabilities into products (LLMs, embeddings, agents, or ML APIs)</p></li><li><p>Work with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production monitoring</p></li><li><p>Review code, improve engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to shape solutions</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Technical Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>Core Stack:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Must have at least 6 years of experience</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript</p></li><li><p>Frontend experience with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks</p></li><li><p>Backend experience with Node.js (Express, NestJS, or equivalent)</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of REST and/or GraphQL APIs</p></li><li><p>Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>AI-Native Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Hands-on experience integrating AI features into real products</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt design, embeddings, and vector database</p></li><li><p>Experience using AI APIs or frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, similar tooling)</p></li><li><p>Understanding of AI system limits, latency, cost, and evaluation approaches Infrastructure & Engineering</p></li><li><p>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Docker and modern deployment workflows</p></li><li><p>Experience setting up or working with CI/CD pipelines</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of performance, security, and scalability basics</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Soft Skill Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Someone who can work independently with minimal supervision</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving and debugging skills</p></li><li><p>Clear communicator who can explain technical trade-offs</p></li><li><p>Product-minded engineer who cares about outcomes, not just code</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in fast-changing environments</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience with event-driven systems or message queues</p></li><li><p>Exposure to data pipelines or analytics systems</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in AI-first or AI-enabled products</p></li><li><p>Open-source contributions or technical writing</p></li></ul>
