If this sounds interesting, we’d like to meet you.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><span>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an </span><b><span>Global Account Manager (US Remote) </span></b><span>to our team.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Reporting to the </span><b><span>Head of Sales NAM </span></b><span>the </span><b><span>Global Account Manager (US Remote) </span></b><span>will be in charge of the direct management of our Critical Power solutions and services to Hyperscaler accounts within Data Center space.</span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Deliver growth within existing accounts.</li><li>Cultivate and manage relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring effective resolution of issues.</li><li>Work cross functionally to lead commercial negotiations and manage quote and change order pricing.</li><li>Update pipeline and sales activity on CRM system (salesforce).</li><li>Oversee projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing Operating Profit (OP) and drive site focus on efficiency programs.</li><li>Facilitate information flow and develop growth opportunities.</li><li>Manage contract negotiations with the support of Flex legal team to ensure compliance and satisfaction.</li><li>Enhance communication and drive best practices across multiple teams.</li><li>Ensure all client programs are executed in accordance with contracts, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Monitor and track business risks, providing timely reports to the Flex business.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team, </b></p><p></p><ul><li>Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience.</li><li>Experience being a point of contact on large key business accounts.</li><li>Experience working within sales of Power Distribution Equipment for Data Center Accounts.</li><li>Demonstrates expert operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.</li><li>Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Manufacturing related business.</li><li>Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas.</li><li>Experience managing accounts in the Datacenter market/industry, selling Low Voltage Power Distribution (LV Switchgear, PDU, RPP, Busway, and Modular) products and services.
