This is not your traditional demand generation role. This person will architect, operate, and scale the systems that drive pipeline and growth across the business.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">This is a hands-on builder/operator role combining growth strategy, creativity, systems thinking, and executional ownership. The right candidate thinks holistically about growth across marketing, sales, partnerships, customer success, and product. They know how to build repeatable growth systems, launch high-quality programs quickly, and drive measurable pipeline impact without sacrificing quality or efficiency. They have strong commercial instincts, creative judgment, and a high bar for execution. You are comfortable briefing the campaign, shipping the landing page, pulling the data, and measuring the outcome yourself.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">A track record of owning pipeline or revenue growth outcomes directly, with strong experimentation instincts and the ability to make fast, data-informed decisions about what to scale, optimize, or kill.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect channels, lifecycle stages, messaging, operational metrics, and GTM motions into a cohesive growth strategy.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">High fluency with AI-native workflows, automation, and modern GTM tooling. AI is foundational to how you operate, helping you move quickly without sacrificing quality.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Strong creative instincts, excellent taste, and great judgment.
