HVAC Mechanical Designer (Revit) (Remote) - 24202

<h2>Overview</h2> <p>We are seeking a Revit HVAC Mechanical Designer for a remote assignment. The selected candidate will design and draft mechanical systems for semiconductor manufacturing, cleanrooms, data centers or other advanced manufacturing facilities.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>** This position can work remotely **</strong></p> <p><strong>** This position requires experience with Revit **</strong></p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p>- Lead design, layout and routing of industrial building mechanical systems </p> <p>- Develop P&ID's, plans, sections and construction details </p> <p>- Perform design tasks across planning, concept and detailed design </p> <p>- Coordinate directly with clients, contractors and internal disciplines </p> <p>- Apply expert knowledge of building mechanical systems and codes to ensure quality and accuracy</p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p>- High School Diploma or GED</p> <p>- 10+ years mechanical design experience</p> <p>- 5+ years industrial ductwork design experience</p> <p>- 8+ years experience with AutoCAD</p> <p>- 4+ years experience with Revit</p> <p>- Strong working knowledge of U.S. Mechanical Codes, specifically the International Mechanical Code (IMC)</p>
