<p><strong>Associate, Investment and Accounting Operations</strong></p><p><strong>Position Details</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>Title: </strong>Associate, Investment and Accounting Operations</p></li><li><p><strong>Location:</strong> Philippines</p></li><li><p><strong>Estimated Start Date: </strong>June 15–July 15, 2026 (assumes 30–60-day notice with employer)</p></li><li><p><strong>Target Salary:</strong> Up to 100,000 PHP per month</p></li></ol><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li><p>Exhibit the ability to work in a high energy environment supporting multiple clients simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Deliver exceptional client service through proactive communication with responsiveness, professionalism and tact.</p></li><li><p>Operational Expertise: demonstrate considerable understanding of key operational functions which may include, but not be limited to:</p></li></ol><ul><li><p>Demonstrate high-level knowledge of securities including equities, ETFs, swaps, options, fixed income, futures, foreign exchange – crypto a plus</p></li><li><p>Daily trade confirmation/settlement</p></li><li><p>Fails management</p></li><li><p>Daily P&L reconciliation and reporting</p></li><li><p>Corporate action and proxy voting processing</p></li><li><p>Cash/position reconciliation</p></li><li><p>Broker/counter-party onboarding</p></li><li><p>Security set-up and data integrity maintenance</p></li></ul><ol><li><p>Actively participate in daily, weekly, monthly, or as-needed virtual calls with U.S./U.K. client offices to support clients during their local business hours.</p></li><li><p>The successful candidate will be one of the key points of contact for all operational queries and will interact closely with clients/prime brokers/administrators and internally across the Business, Middle Office and Operations.</p></li><li><p>Learn and adhere to the company’s risk parameters, policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Assist team members with resolution of complex issues/problems.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ol><li><p>5+ years of experience in the alternative Investment Management industry (Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Cryptocurrency) at a fund administrator or internal accounting department at an Alternative Investment fund with a deep understanding of domain knowledge and proven ability to manage teams.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent certification in Philippines.</p></li><li><p>CPA, equivalent accounting certification in Philippines.</p></li><li><p>Passionate about working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and investment operations processes.</p></li><li><p>Hard-working, self-starter, dedicated, punctual and personable</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills</p></li><li><p>Strong accounting and analytical skills</p></li></ol><p><strong>Qualifications</strong> (cont’d)</p><ol><li><p>Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software including Sage Intacct, QuickBooks and Xero as well as knowledge and understanding of well-known Order Management Systems (OMS) and Portfolio Management Systems (PMS) which may include, but not be limited to: SS&C EZE Eclipse, Clearwater Enfusion, LiquidityBook and/or FIS Global Hedge360.</p></li><li><p>Passionate about working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>In depth understanding of investment management and alternative products</p></li><li><p>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to solve problems - quickly and competently</p></li><li><p>Ability to handle and protect highly confidential financial and personal information reliably and with discretion.</p></li></ol>
