Level Designer – Unreal Engine

Job Description:

  • Create landscapes and building interiors for The Lays of Althas: Sundered Order (LoA:SO), based off concepts and layouts, in the Unreal Engine
  • Use various Houdini Tools that we've built
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with other team-members
  • Aid the more junior members of the team in any relevant area
  • Follow team policies and attend meetings through Slack

Requirements:

  • Ability to create detailed landscapes and building interiors in Unreal Engine 4
  • Ability to optimize with use of LODs (Level of Detail)
  • Houdini experience, used for creating Procedural Development tools to be used in Unreal Engine
  • Unreal Engine 4 Blueprint Scripting experience
  • Quixel Megascans Asset Library usage
  • Heightmap development experience
  • English fluency is a must.
