Licensing & Application Management</span><br></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate, compile, and prepare all licensing applications for submission to federal, state, and local regulatory agencies</li> <li>Ensure all application materials are complete, accurate, and compliant with jurisdictional requirements</li> <li>Maintain detailed knowledge of licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions</li> <li>Prepare application summaries and risk notes for executive review</li> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Submit applications only after receiving documented CEO approval</span></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">2. Regulatory Communication & Agency Coordination</span><br></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all licensing agencies</li> <li>Handle inbound and outbound communications with regulatory bodies regarding:</li> <li>Application submissions</li> <li>Renewal processes</li> <li>Requests for additional information</li> <li>Status updates and compliance inquiries</li> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Receive and manage calls from licensing agencies</span>, ensuring:</li> <li>Timely response and documentation</li> <li>Immediate escalation of critical matters</li> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Escalate all significant agency communications to the Program Director and notify the CEO as appropriate</span></li> <li>Maintain professional, accurate, and compliant correspondence at all times</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">3. Monitoring & Compliance Oversight</span><br></p> <ul> <li>Maintain a <span style="font-weight: bold">centralized licensing log/dashboard</span> with real-time status updates for:</li> <li>All applications</li> <li>All active licenses</li> <li>All renewal timelines</li> <li>Monitor licensing status for:</li> <li>Enterprise Management Solutions</li> <li>All entities contracted with Enterprise for licensing services</li> <li>Ensure continuous compliance with all regulatory requirements</li> <li>Identify and proactively address risks, delays, or deficiencies</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">4. Renewal & Deadline Management</span><br></p> <ul> <li>Track all license expiration dates across all entities</li> <li>Initiate renewal processes <span style="font-weight: bold">no less than 90 days prior to expiration</span></li> <li>Compile updated documentation and prepare renewal applications</li> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Obtain CEO approval prior to submission of all renewal applications</span></li> <li>Ensure zero lapses in licensing</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">5.
