Loan Servicing Representative

Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is a Great Place to Work–certified company seeking a Loan Servicing Representative. This role focuses on securing vehicle titles and handling member escalations related to titles and insurance in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines; validate information with DMVs, internal teams, and vendors Resolve escalated title issues end-to-end and respond within established timelines Follow up on servicing requests by coordinating with third parties and using external systems when needed Partner with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements to programs, systems, and processes Maintain accurate loan records in the core system by correcting keying and funding errors based on title documentation Prepare and submit required documentation to state and county agencies Process insurance servicing requests and complete follow-up as needed Skills High school diploma or equivalent One or more years of experience in an office or administrative setting with strong computer proficiency (banking or lending experience is a plus, but not required) Self-starter with the ability to work independently Strong problem-solving skills and time-management skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work a full-time schedule during the following hours Monday–Friday 930 a.m.–600 p.m Benefits This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity.
