We hope you’ll consider joining us!</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Position Summary</b></h2> </div><div><p> </p> <p>This position manages logistics operations—covering outbound shipments and warehousing—while closely collaborating with customer service and logistics partners to deliver best-in-class service to our customers.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities will include:</b></h2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul> <li>In collaboration with the Customer Service teams, the logistics representative coordinates the physical flow of products, from distribution to customers, including the coordination of stocks.</li> <li>Contributes to the successful delivery of our customer promise in terms of lead time</li> <li>Participates in the implementation of logistics performance indicators (OTIF, Lead Times, etc.)</li> <li>The logistics representative may be required to work with our logistics service providers (Freight Forwarders, Carriers, Warehouses, etc.) to guarantee an optimal level of customer service.</li> <li>In this context, may be asked to work on customs and incoterms management.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>The salary range for the position of Logistics Representative<strong> </strong>is $55,700 - $68,500 per year. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity and other factors as permitted by law.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Required Experience & Knowledge</b></h2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul> <li>Diploma in logistics with experience in imports and distribution</li> <li>>3-5+ years’ experience in logistics/warehousing</li> <li>Dangerous Goods Safety adviser (DGSA) is a plus</li> <li>Experience preferred with conducting business as per ISO 22.000 and GDP</li> <li>Haz Mat certifications (DOT/ IMDG / IATA) are required</li> <li>Comfortable using computer</li> <li>Strong MS Office skills, including expertise MS Excel</li> <li>Proficiency in customer service software - Technology tools expertise (ex.
