L3Harris has approximately $18 billion in annual revenue and 47,000 employees, with customers in more than 100 countries.</span></p> <p><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Job Description:</strong> </span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">The Manager, Total Rewards for the Space & Mission Systems (SMS) segment will report directly to the Vice President, HR Center of Excellence (SMS) and will be responsible for leading the HR Systems function within Space & Mission Systems, a global, diverse segment with ~22,000 employees, including over 11,000 engineers and scientists.  Partnering with senior leadership, Finance, IT, and the Human Resources team, the Manager will ensure that the HR systems specific to SMS businesses align with the business objectives and meet all operating requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration & testing, customer engagement, project management and release management. The candidate should be analytical, curious, solution-oriented, system-minded, collaborative and able to think critically with minimal direction.</span></p> <p><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Consultative role, partnering with internal HR customers in regular cadence meetings to align priorities and provide status on system updates.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Partner with IT organization and vendor support resources on projects, enhancements and production issues.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Understand the business needs of internal customers and design work flow processes and system configuration to leverage the value of the SuccessFactors tool.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Efficient management and prioritization of proactive and reactive system change requests from internal HR customers.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Interact with SAPs self-management tools (customer community), webinars, training sessions with experts and other customers to stay updated on new functionality, influence new features and troubleshoot system issues.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Review release notes, prepare customers for new functionality and coordinate new and regression testing.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Coordinate actions to fulfill system adoption goals involving customer partnership and change management activities.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Ability to effectively qualify and prioritize work quickly based on standard SLAs, understanding business goals & impacts and available resources.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Follow business systems analyst best practices, including requirements gathering, process mapping, meeting facilitation, task lists & timelines, documentation and test planning.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on SuccessFactors functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Able to analyze large data sets in excel and utilize common formulas/features such as (If-statements, vlookup, concatenate, pivot tables/charts) and generate a recommendation or opinion supported by data.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Submit and escalate Production support tickets to ensure system uptime and continuity of key HR processes.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Maintain system security and role access according to IT compliance standards.<br><br></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Requires strong knowledge of SAP platforms.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Proficient knowledge of Time & Labor principles and systems.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Proficient in project management principles and meeting facilitation.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of prior related experience.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">•    In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $105,500-$196,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $91,500 - $170,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
