You will design and operate a repeatable pipeline engine across channels, make data-driven investment decisions, and ensure that marketing programs translate into high-quality opportunities for Sales.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">What You Bring</span></h2><div><br></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">• 8-10 years in demand generation, growth, pipeline marketing, or related B2B marketing roles with 4-5 years in leadership roles</span></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">• Proven track record owning and delivering pipeline or revenue-oriented marketing goals</span></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">• Experience making channel, budget, and investment decisions based on performance data</span></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">• Deep experience with HubSpot, including campaign setup, lifecycle stage management, reporting, and funnel analysis</span></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent;
