They are seeking a Member Solution Specialist to provide excellent service to members by addressing their financial inquiries and cross-selling services while ensuring the accuracy of account management. Responsibilities Providing service to members by relaying information through call center channels Responding with accurate information Researching, and solving members' questions, problems, and complaints Cross-selling credit union services to qualified members Opening, servicing, and closing all types of personal and business accounts Ensuring accuracy Skills High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience with demonstrated sales ability Strong computer proficiency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective and professional communication skills Obtain NMLS certification upon hire Benefits Eligible for hybrid schedule after training period, typically 3-4 months, up to 2 days work from home, upon management approval.
