Required Qualifications:
- Provide Tier 1 service desk support by handling calls, emails, and service requests
- Log, track, and manage incidents using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
- Perform issue triage and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
- Troubleshoot basic IT, application, and access-related issues
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely ticket resolution
- Deliver excellent customer service and user support
- Support IVR and telephony systems for call handling
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective issue resolution
- Work in night/weekend shifts within a 24/7 support environment
