Nonprofit Relations Associate | Boston, MA

The Nonprofit Relations Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for charitable organizations, managing relationships and ensuring a positive experience while supporting operational processes surrounding donation disbursement. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for charitable organizations that have received donations through the Givinga platform, managing and nurturing those relationships to ensure a positive and seamless experience Manage the nonprofit support experience and tickets, assisting nonprofits with accessing the nonprofit portal and retrieving donor information Support nonprofits through the ACH enrollment process and lead outreach campaigns to collect and verify ACH payment details Assist partners who leverage Givinga's automated disbursement engine to deliver charitable donations Assist in developing and maintaining operational processes surrounding donation disbursement, including procedures for returned checks, stale checks, and charity closures Conduct twice a week in-office visits to process incoming mail, including collecting mailed donations and managing returned check donations Update nonprofit database to ensure the ongoing accuracy and integrity of organizational records Perform research to identify and resolve discrepancies in charity database Skills Positive, professional attitude with a genuine passion for helping others High level of integrity when handling sensitive financial and organizational data Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic, evolving role Ability to remain composed and solution-focused in high-pressure or fast-paced situations Experience or demonstrated ability in supporting customers Ability to embrace new technologies and identify opportunities for automation Benefits Company Stock Awards Based on Performance Full health, dental, and vision insurance HSA and FSA Plans Company Paid Life Insurance Company Paid Short Term & Long Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Plan with Company Match Unlimited PTO & Sick Time Paid Holidays Hybrid work environment Company Overview Givinga powers experiences that transform workplace culture, build brand affinity, and cultivate everyday philanthropy.
