This role is ideal for clinicians who want flexibility, consistent referrals, and hands-on clinical guidance—whether you’re a CF building confidence or an experienced SLP looking for a stable caseload and autonomy.</p><h3><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Evaluate pediatric communication needs and recommend services based on findings</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and implement individualized treatment plans aligned to functional outcomes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use play-based and evidence-informed approaches to keep children motivated</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Communicate progress clearly with families and provide practical at-home strategies</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate care with supervisors and team members; participate in case consults</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keep documentation accurate, compliant, and completed on time</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage a predictable caseload while maintaining quality and consistency</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">GA SLP license <strong>or</strong> CF eligibility; CCC-SLP welcome</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong clinical reasoning and ability to apply feedback in a mentored environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Dependable, organized, and comfortable building relationships with families</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Authorized to work in the United States</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with articulation/phonology, language delays, and social communication goals</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with parent coaching models and goal-writing best practices</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bilingual clinicians are welcome (not required)</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Tools & Technology</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Scheduling and documentation system (training provided)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Virtual meeting tools for supervision, collaboration, and telehealth support</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Pediatric assessment resources and therapy materials</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Please NOTE</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
