We call it the <em>Verde Vibes</em> and it's real.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring to the table:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A strong track record in B2B sales and business development</li> <li>Confidence in managing a full sales cycle-from cold outreach to closing</li> <li>Mastery of CRM tools (we use HubSpot)-you know your pipeline, follow-ups, and data hygiene like the back of your hand</li> <li>A relationship-first approach and ability to spot real client needs</li> <li>Bonus points if you've sold into industries like building services, cleaning, recycling/waste, or construction</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location:</strong></p> <p>Remote but you must live in Denver Metro or Southern California. You'll travel occasionally for client meetings and events (1–2 nights/month, occasionally more when needed).</p> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p>Base + commission, with no cap.
