This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple scheduling priorities efficiently.</p> <h3><strong>Your Day-to-Day Work</strong></h3> <ul><li>Build, monitor, and adjust daily and weekly provider schedules.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for provider schedule coordination.</li><li>Assign and manage the annual hospital call schedule, ensuring timely updates and distribution.</li><li>Process provider time-off requests and adjust schedules accordingly.</li><li>Create provider and non-provider daily patient schedule templates.</li><li>Assign and track all scheduling-related tasks, including hospital, office, and administrative duties.</li><li>Collaborate with managers to schedule physician meetings and coordinate onboarding for new providers.</li><li>Maintain accurate scheduling records in EPIC and Qgenda.</li></ul> <h3><strong>Environment and Shift Details</strong></h3> <p>This is a full-time, fully remote position operating within a standard office environment, typically Monday through Friday. The role requires frequent communication via phone and email, as well as extensive computer-based work. Candidates must have a reliable home workspace and internet connection.
