Crypto Exchange · Remote (European working hours) · Full-timeAbout the OpportunityWe are a recruitment partner working with a company building a cryptocurrency exchange in the UAE, currently at an early stage.The team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator / HR Assistant to support hiring processes and candidate communication while the company builds its core leadership team.This is a hands-on role focused on coordination, communication, and supporting recruitment operations.What Makes This Role Interesting<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Join a crypto company at pre-launch stage</li><li>Work closely with founders and hiring stakeholders</li><li>Be involved in building the team from early stage</li><li>Remote setup with flexibility</li><li>High visibility and impact despite being a non-leadership role</li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Coordination<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders</li><li>Manage calendars and ensure smooth interview processes</li><li>Support communication with candidates throughout the hiring process</li></ul>Agency & Stakeholder Coordination<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Coordinate with external recruitment agencies</li><li>Track candidate pipelines and status updates</li><li>Ensure alignment between agencies and internal team</li></ul>Candidate Experience<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Act as a main point of contact for candidates</li><li>Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication</li><li>Support a smooth and professional candidate journey</li></ul>Recruitment Support<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Assist with job postings and candidate tracking</li><li>Maintain internal documentation and hiring records</li><li>Support reporting on hiring progress</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>2–5+ years of experience in:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>recruiting coordination / HR support / talent operations</li></ul></li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills</li><li>Experience working with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Comfortable managing processes and follow-ups</li><li>Fluent English</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Experience working with recruitment agencies</li><li>Experience in startup / fast-paced environments</li><li>Exposure to fintech / crypto / tech companies</li></ul>Compensation<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Flexible remote setup</li></ul>
