Job Description • Directly manage and develop all Store Managers within the region. • Lead all store-level recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning. • Build and maintain high-performing teams that embody Margaux’s values and service standards. • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching conversations, and development planning. • Own and deliver regional sales goals, profitability targets, and key business metrics. • Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and performance data to identify opportunities and risks. • Ensure consistent execution of all operational standards, policies, and procedures across stores. • Serve as the primary retail owner of product performance across all stores. • Champion a best-in-class client experience across all retail locations. Requirements • 5-7 years of retail management experience, with at least 2-3 of those years as a store manager or multi-unit leader, preferably within luxury, premium, or specialty retail. • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering strong sales results. • Experience managing hiring, performance management, and employee development. • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive performance. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to travel regularly between store locations. • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong teams.
