<p class="MsoNormal">Description:</p><p class="MsoNormal">Apex Microtechnology offers industry-leading innovative precision power analog components used to control current, voltage, and/or speed for applications in the high-reliability industrial, defense, aerospace, medical, and semiconductor capital markets. The Apex product family includes power operational amplifiers (linear amplifiers), pulse width modulation (PWM) amplifiers (Class D switching amplifiers), and precision voltage references.</p><p class="MsoNormal">The Regional Sales Manager position is responsible for revenue growth, design-wins, market exposure and overall management of Direct Sales areas and Apex Manufacturer Reps throughout Apex’s Domestic (USA) Territory.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><u>Essential functions and Responsibilities:</u></strong> </p><ul><li><p>Identify and develop sales opportunities with new and existing accounts. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Manage and lead the efforts of independent Manufacturer Representatives to support current- and short-term revenue growth goals. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Garner additional sales through customer management, technical sales, and relationship building. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Manage, drive, and develop Manufacturer Representatives to support long-term profitable growth through the identification of new opportunities, new markets, and design wins. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Frequent customer visits, working closely to tie Apex factory resources to customer design engineers supporting all aspects of sales activities. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Communicate new market and product opportunities to product development and marketing teams for use in the development of new products and services using both reporting and CRM tools. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop a strong understanding of customers’ products, markets, supply chains, and business requirements. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Timely preparation of a variety of status reports, including forecasting, visit activity, pipeline status, follow-up, and adherence to goals. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Conduct monthly business reviews with manufacturer representatives. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Conduct quarterly business reviews with Apex management to present territory performance, imperatives, and results. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Performs other sales related duties as requested or required. </p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><br><br><p class="MsoNormal">Minimum Qualifications: </p><p class="MsoNormal">Seeking a highly motivated, results-driven team member with a relentless drive to identify and close new business opportunities, demonstrating persistence, resilience, and a passion for success in competitive markets. </p><p class="MsoNormal">Must be able to clearly communicate across all levels, inside and outside of the organization. </p><p class="MsoNormal">Strong, energetic presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences. </p><p class="MsoNormal">Relevant experience (account management, senior field sales, or similar).</p><p class="MsoNormal">Demonstrated success working with outside sales channels. </p><p class="MsoNormal">Experience in selling complex electronic hardware across multiple channels and vertical markets. </p><p class="MsoNormal">Experience in leveraging a CRM and utilizing sales platform tools. </p><p class="MsoNormal">Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. </p><p class="MsoNormal">Bachelor’s in business, marketing, sales, engineering, or another related field. </p><p class="MsoNormal">Ability to travel minimum 50% anticipated. </p><p class="MsoNormal">Preferred Qualifications: </p><p class="MsoNormal">Experience in Analog/Power Management electronics </p><p class="MsoNormal">Proficient in HubSpot tools and Microsoft applications. </p><p class="MsoNormal">High ASP product sales experience, typically > $50.00 USD per unit </p><p class="MsoNormal">Bachelor’s in electrical engineering </p><p class="MsoNormal">OEM Regional Sales Management experience within the Industrial Systems, Medical Equipment, and/or Military Electronics markets </p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Work Environment: </p><p class="MsoNormal">50% Office environment </p><p class="MsoNormal">Office is in Tucson, AZ </p><p class="MsoNormal">Remote work is considered for a candidate living in the territory </p><p class="MsoNormal">Minimum 50% Travel </p><p class="MsoNormal">Occasional weekend travel is required </p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p>
