[Remote] Patient Service Representative

Dental Arts of South Jersey is looking for a Patient Service Representative in Voorhees, New Jersey, to join their clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction. The role involves supporting staff and patients, answering phones, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with treatment plans. Responsibilities Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to policies Answering Telephones Scheduling Appointments Maintaining Appointment Book Confirming Appointments Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments Register Patients on sign in sheet Post charges and payments to patient accounts Checking voicemail on a daily basis Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients Skills 1 year experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office, required Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) Experience answering telephone Must have exceptional customer service skills Benefits Full time Monday-Thursday - 8am-5pm Health, dental, and vision insurance (individual and family coverage) Life insurance and disability benefits 401(k) plan Team-oriented work environment with access to modern dental technology Company Overview Management and licensing services to dental practices in Florida.
