[Remote] Renewal Coordinator

They are seeking a detail-oriented Renewal Coordinator to manage the renewal process, serving as the primary contact for brokers and clients while ensuring a smooth renewal experience. Responsibilities Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow-up with clients Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and agreements in a timely manner Coordinate with the renewal manager, software engineers and account management to ensure a smooth renewal process from end to end Track and manage the renewal pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot) Address customer questions or concerns regarding renewal terms, pricing, and service levels Work directly with the Renewal Manager to proactively identify risks to renewal Maintain accurate records of renewal status and performance metrics Implement renewal groups once an agreement is reached Improve and streamline the renewal process based on client and team feedback Skills Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in client service, sales, account management, or a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and time management Comfortable working on multiple projects Team player with a client-centered approach Knowledge of the health insurance industry Basic understanding of contract terms and pricing structures Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis Familiarity with ZenDesk for communication management Familiarity with the CRM HubSpot Benefits Competitive compensation and stock options 100% company-paid comprehensive health, vision & dental insurance for you and your dependents Supplemental Life, AD&D and Short-Term Disability coverage options Discretionary time off Relocation assistance Paid parental leave and flexible return to work policy Work-from-home stipend for remote employees Company provided meals for in-office employees 401(k) account Opportunity for rapid career progression Other benefits coming soon!
