Overview and Responsibilities SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist Team Lead (RRT / CRT / RN) to join the Rotech team. This position is responsible for providing clinical patient services and support within the location and training, and oversight of clinical staff and activities within their defined area. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.)Leadership & Administrative Duties<ul><li>Complete on-call schedule</li><li>Available for on-call assignments as backup if needed</li><li>Prioritize and manage daily and monthly tasks</li><li>Conduct employee evaluations (90-day and annual)</li></ul><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Work closely with supervisor/manager to assist in employee coaching. </li></ul><ul><li>Perform additional duties as required by state licensure laws or assigned by the CCT Manager</li></ul>Staff Development & Training<ul><li>Ensure all training materials are accurate and up to date</li><li>Conduct orientation, competency testing, and ongoing training of clinical staff at the direction of the CCT Manager</li><li>Support orientation and training of personnel as directed by the CCT Manager</li><li>Ensure all clinician competency testing is completed in a timely manner</li><li>Ensure all staff are currently licensed in the states they practice </li></ul>Recruitment & Staffing<ul><li>Assist the manager with recruiting clinicians to fill open positions</li></ul>Clinical Support & Patient Care<ul><li>Serve as a clinical resource for Murray operations staff</li><li>Provide remote patient care and support via phone as needed</li><li>Conduct patient assessments</li><li>Provide patient education as appropriate</li></ul>Documentation & Compliance<ul><li>Maintain documentation of all services provided and work performed in accordance with company policies and procedures</li><li>Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards</li></ul>Scheduling & Time Management<ul><li>Track time and maintain/update PTO, FHL, and Flex calendars</li></ul> Qualifications Employment is contingent on<ul><li>Background check (company-wide).
