display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">strategy.  </span></span></span></li></ul><p> <b><i><span>Qualifications </span></i></b> </p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">preferred.  </span></span></li></ul><ul><li><span>8+ years of experience, preferably including relevant work within manufacturing <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">and/or distribution healthcare</span> sectors, <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">preferred.  </span></span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Deep familiarity with the OTC/Selfcare/Retail space  </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Proven ability to lead conversations with manufacturer partners to drive desired results</span></li><li><span>Proven leadership capabilities, <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word;
