<p></p><p><br></p><p></p> <div>170 zł - 200 zł an hour</div><small><div> <p><strong>About the position</strong></p> <p><br>The Senior CRM Transformation Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end<br>transformation of the Salesforce CRM environment.</p> <p>The role combines enterprise-level architecture thinking with strong program management capabilities.<br>The objective is to increase the business value generated by the CRM by addressing<br>underutilization, operational inefficiencies, and potential missed commercial opportunities.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>● Lead the CRM transformation program in close coordination with the CRM Business<br>Owner.<br>● Assess the current Salesforce setup, including processes, usage patterns, and development<br>landscape.<br>● Identify friction points, bottlenecks, and gaps that limit margin improvement or sales<br>effectiveness.<br>● Define and drive a transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.<br>● Coordinate and structure the work of approximately 40 CRM maintenance and<br>development contributors.<br>● Ensure proper governance, prioritization, and alignment between business and technical<br>teams.<br>● Integrate AI capabilities where relevant, leveraging Salesforce Agentforce within data<br>protection constraints.<br>● Monitor progress, risks, and outcomes to ensure delivery of measurable business impact.</p> <p><strong>Required Experience & Skills</strong></p> <p>● 8+ years of professional experience in CRM, enterprise systems, or large-scale digital<br>transformation environments.<br>● Strong experience with Salesforce (architecture and platform capabilities).<br>● Experience leading large-scale CRM transformation or enterprise system transformation<br>programs (Mandatory).<br>● Enterprise architecture mindset with the ability to align business processes and system<br>design.<br>● Proven program management expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.<br>● Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams.<br>● Understanding of AI integration in enterprise systems, within data protection constraints.</p> </div></small>
