You’ll be the vital link between multiple departments, ensuring processes are followed smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented and precise and thrives in a collaborative environment</li> </ul> <h3>Must have qualifications</h3> To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: <ul> <li> Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, graphs).</li> <li> Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from data.</li> </ul> Experience: <ul> <li>Previous experience in a similar role, supporting project managers.</li> <li>Knowledge or experience in the IT industry and familiarity with the European IT market.</li> </ul> Personal traits: <ul> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</li> <li>Fluent in business English.</li> </ul> Main Responsibilities <ul> <li>Analyze and input data into our systems, update reports, and track project timelines, budgets, and timesheets.</li> <li>Manage resource forecasting and enter relevant data into project management tools.</li> <li>Collect, organize, and present essential project data and audit control information.</li> <li>Ensure timesheets are submitted and approved within set deadlines.</li> <li>Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes within our system.</li> <li>Support the PMO team by preparing and delivering customer reports. </li> </ul> If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
