Role Overview: One of our clients, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking a skilled Slack User/ Specialist to optimize communication workflows and support an AI training initiative. As a contractor, you will leverage your hands-on experience to streamline digital collaboration and empower teams to make the most of Slack. This role involves administering and configuring Slack workspaces, developing workflow automations, and delivering remote training sessions to ensure seamless team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure Slack workspaces at a user level to ensure efficient collaboration and information flow
  • Develop and maintain Slack workflow automations to enhance productivity and streamline repetitive tasks
  • Integrate Slack with other tools and platforms to optimize team operations and increase engagement
  • Deliver remote training and onboarding sessions to ensure new users are comfortable and proficient with Slack tools and best practices
  • Analyze Slack usage metrics to inform data-driven decisions and improve team performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Slack administration and configuration experience
  • Slack workflow automation and integration skills
  • Strong understanding of Slack best practices and remote training methodologies
  • Data analysis skills, specifically in analyzing Slack usage metrics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely
