We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.</p> <p> </p> <p>And we’re looking for a <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Social Media and Content Coordinator</span> to start immediately!</p> <strong><br>About the Role:</strong><br>The Social Media & Content Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day social media function across all workstreams and platforms, including publishing, user-generated content (UGC) moderation, community management and creating/curating content.<br><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>• Minimum of 5 years experience as Social Media Manager.<p></p> <p>• Solid organizational & time management skills with keen attention to detail</p> <p>• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP</p> <p>• Able to work on a graveyard shift<br><br><strong>Tools: </strong><br>• Canva, Adobe Premiere Photoshop, Capcut in app, TikTok and IG and Later Content (for scheduling)<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br><em>Management & Creation:</em> <br>• Creation/Editing: Create branded and trending content by either repurposing assets provided by the marketing or EU based team or creating from scratch<br>• Edit short‑form video (30–90s) into platform-optimized Reels and TikToks with captions, subtitles, and sound design. 1 - 3 per week.<br>• Produce 3–5 polished carousels per week from provided assets and briefs.<br>• Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short clips and vertical edits.<br>• Posting/Scheduling: Optimize edits for platform performance (hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs).<br>• Deliver final assets to social scheduler ""Later"" and provide short captions + hashtag sets.<br>• Responsible for publishing content on all Brand-owned organic social media platforms ensuring all posts are on time and accurate <br><br><em>Planning:</em> <br>• Support in the briefing and planning of shoots to ensure maximum ROI in usage and repurposing on all platforms for the social media department<br> • Responsible for escalating reactive and timely posts or social communication needs to management with execution strategies Identifying trending content and sounds and replicate with branded content with immediacy<br>• Apply brand guidelines to ensure cohesive look/voice across content.<br>• Manage an editorial queue and meet weekly deadlines; track content performance and recommend iterative improvements.<br>• Collaborate with marketing and creators for asset intake and feedback loops. <br><br><em>Administration:</em><br>• Responsible for the management and cataloging of assets on the shared drive: brand folder<br><br><em>Social Media:</em><br>• Supporting the Head of Social Media in developing the content and social media strategy and calendar to be on brand and on trend <br><br>• Responsible for maintaining the department calendars and social media management apps/platforms <br><br>• Support in the execution of social media reports, email marketing metrics and KPIs UGC/Customer Service/Community <br><br><em>Engagement:</em> <br>• Community engagement: monitor and engage with comments and DMs, respond in brand voice, escalate product/retailer inquiries, run engagement initiatives (polls, UGC requests, creator replies), and track sentiment.<br>• Engage in customer feedback and escalate any customer complaints or customer service related comments Manage broadcast channel with engaging community building communications<br>• Responsible for moderating UGC imagery, including rights request, content moderation, product tagging and publishing<br>• Maintain UGC moderation guidelines to uphold visual brand standards Engage the brand in relevant and timely conversations occurring in the social media sphere<br> • Maintain list of talent, media and other like minded accounts for proactive engagement Review and approve branded content partners/collabs<br>• Conduct competitive research and create reports to share with wider team<br><br><em>Partnerships:</em> <br>• Giveaway/Collabs: Create collab-specific content and captions to maximize brand support with focus on US market <br>Coordinate all prize pool logistics, awarding the winner, coordinating shipping of giveaway, closing out giveaway<br><br><em>Retailer relationships:</em><br>• Create retailer-specific content to maximize brand support with focus on US market (Ulta/Credo etc)<br>• Coordinate all LIVEs, takeovers and BTS<br>• Create and coordinate all new retailer and new product announcements Influencers<br>• Execute influencer and UGC strategy<br>• Help in the scouting and developing influencer relationships<br>• Affiliates Support in the management global affiliate program, including the mechanics, process and the day-to-day relationship management via DMs and inbound enquiries and forwarding enquiries to customer service<br><br><br></p> <p><strong>Technical Requirements:</strong></p> <p>• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature</p> <p>• Working Webcam</p> <p>• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM</p> <p>• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection</p> <p>• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <p>• Health Insurance (HMO)</p> <p>• Performance Incentives</p> <p>• Job Security and Stability</p> <p>• Paid Training</p> <p>• Inclusive Culture</p> <p>• Upskilling Opportunities</p> <p>• 100% Work-From-Home</p> <p>• Exceptionally Supportive Team</p> <p>• Opportunities for Career Growth</p> <p>• Fun Work Environment</p> <p>• Holiday & Overtime Pay</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Schedule: </strong>5am to 2pm PST | Full time<strong><br>Salary: </strong>PHP 42,000 TO 46,000/month +HMO<br><br> </p><p><strong>Please note:</strong></p> <p>• Only qualified candidates will be invited to take the assessment & scheduled for an interview.</p> <p></p> <p><em>Please whitelist the domains "</em><a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://lever.co/"><em>lever.co</em></a><em>" and "</em><a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://hire.lever.co/"><em>hire.lever.co</em></a><em>" with your email provider to make sure you get our emails.</em></p> <p></p><p><br></p><p></p>
