Sr Dir, Program Delivery – CNN Digital Products & Services

Oversee the successful execution of our program delivery strategy for CNN's digital products and services. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and roadblocks, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate these issues. Coach and mentor team members to ensure a high-performing and motivated team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and product management to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our program delivery processes. Communicate project updates and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular status reports and presentations. Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure timely and quality delivery of outsourced work. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the program delivery team. Responsible for hiring and onboarding new team members as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness of program delivery. Collaborate with finance teams to manage project budgets and financial reporting.
