Your role <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Jira Administrator</strong> professional to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions across the Atlassian platform. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions that drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across the organization.</p> <p> </p>Your responsibilities <span>System Design and Configuration</span> <ul> <li><span>Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Atlassian products to support enterprise workflows</span></li> <li><span>Translate business and user requirements into effective system configurations, automations, and dashboards</span></li> <li><span>Develop and maintain comprehensive system architecture documentation, blueprints, and standards</span></li> <li><span>Ensure platform stability, performance, and alignment with organizational goals</span></li> </ul><span>Integration and Automation</span> <ul> <li><span>Integrate Atlassian tools with enterprise platforms including M365, CI/CD pipelines, and other business systems</span></li> <li><span>Build and maintain automation solutions using native Atlassian tools, APIs, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, REST, etc.)</span></li> <li><span>Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes through intelligent automation</span></li> <li><span>Support API development and maintenance for seamless cross-platform connectivity</span></li> </ul><span>Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement</span> <ul> <li><span>Partner with product owners, project managers, and technical leads to gather and refine system requirements</span></li> <li><span>Provide expert guidance on Atlassian capabilities, industry best practices, and governance frameworks</span></li> <li><span>Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</span></li> <li><span>Act as a trusted advisor on platform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives</span></li> </ul> <p> </p>Your profile <span>Required Qualifications</span> <ul> <li><span>Proven experience administering and configuring </span><span><strong>Atlassian products</strong></span><span> (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)</span></li> <li><span>Strong understanding of workflows, custom fields, permission schemes, and automation rules</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated experience integrating Atlassian with external tools and platforms using APIs and scripts</span></li> <li><span>Familiarity with </span><span><strong>enterprise IT environments</strong></span><span>, including identity management, change control, and governance</span></li> <li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail</span></li> <li><span>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities</span></li> <li><span>Ability to think systematically and balance technical precision with user experience</span></li> </ul><span>Desirable Skills</span> <ul> <li><span>Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Groovy)</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM frameworks, or Agile methodologies</span></li> <li><span>Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-200, or equivalent)</span></li> <li><span>Experience with version control, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data protection requirements</span></li> </ul>
