Overview Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition - Stores to lead our store recruitment efforts across North America. This role will oversee a team of recruiters, responsible for different regions, and will play a critical role in shaping and executing talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent for our retail stores.
The Sr. Manager will act as a trusted advisor to store leadership and HR partners, leveraging market intelligence and data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions. This individual will champion candidate experience excellence, continuously improve processes for scalability, and proactively build talent pipelines to meet current and future business.

- Lead and manage a team of Sr. Regional Recruiters and additional TA team members to deliver best-in-class recruitment for store positions across North America.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing consultative guidance on talent strategies and market trends.
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives and store growth goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the hiring process.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) to optimize performance and report insights to leadership.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies leveraging social media, community partnerships, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure consistent candidate experience standards across all regions, fostering Foot Locker’s employer brand.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Continuously improve and scale recruitment processes for speed, quality, and candidate experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-region teams.
- Proven success in high-volume retail recruitment and building scalable hiring strategies.
- Exceptional consultative and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
- Ability to leverage data and market intelligence to inform talent strategies and decision-making.
- Experience improving and scaling recruiting operations and processes.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and leading diverse teams.
- Cameras must be on for all virtual interviews.
- AI tools are strictly prohibited during interviews or assessments.
Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
