Their technology empowers enterprises and individuals to tackle real world challenges using imagery and analytics - whether assessing construction integrity, optimizing yields or monitoring endangered species. They are searching for a Staff Backend Developer to join their growing software team. You will be responsible for the design, delivery, and maintenance of scalable backend systems that power a frictionless user experience, ensure secure and efficient API integrations, and maximize reliability, while working closely with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product teams. Requirements: <ul><li>Strong Python development experience, ideally with FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy.</li><li>Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL</li><li>Proven background designing and maintaining RESTful APIs.</li><li>Comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership from concept to delivery.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.</li><li>Experience with cloud environments AWS/GCP</li><li>Experience working in a SaaS company</li></ul> 💰 Package: up to $200,000 + Benefits (Equity options, 20 days PTO, Remote first, Private medical & dental and much more🏠 Remote first, yearly team meet-ups🧩 Interview process: 2 stages, 5 day turn around.
