And while that’s hard to capture in text – come visit us and see for yourself. <h2>You will be:</h2> <ul> <li data-section-id="xz10au" data-start="0" data-end="109">designing, developing and maintaining solutions supporting the global mobile application release process,</li> <li data-section-id="1uqmr99" data-start="110" data-end="261">acting as a technical lead within the release infrastructure area, including making architectural decisions and implementing key system components,</li> <li data-section-id="1q5giz6" data-start="262" data-end="406">owning and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile application releases, from build preparation to distribution across release channels,</li> <li data-section-id="w5r7rc" data-start="407" data-end="569">automating application publishing and version management processes across app distribution platforms including app store, google play and selected OEM stores,</li> <li data-section-id="1l8k7mw" data-start="570" data-end="711">designing and implementing observability and monitoring tooling for release quality, including automated crash and ANR detection systems,</li> <li data-section-id="7srud7" data-start="712" data-end="823">developing and optimizing tools and pipelines supporting engineering teams in release management processes,</li> <li data-section-id="14zezab" data-start="824" data-end="935">collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure stable, secure and repeatable release processes,</li> <li data-section-id="7f7mrq" data-start="936" data-end="1067">identifying and implementing improvements increasing the reliability, scalability and efficiency of the release infrastructure,</li> <li data-section-id="jvjutm" data-start="1068" data-end="1199" data-is-last-node="">ensuring high quality and operational continuity of application release processes serving hundreds of millions of users globally.</li> </ul> <h2 data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Your profile:</h2> <ul> <li>hands-on experience releasing mobile apps to stores (App Store, Google Play, OEM),</li> <li>strong experience in either iOS or Android mobile engineering,</li> <li>CI/CD pipeline building and maintenance (Fastlane, Jenkins, or similar),</li> <li>release train management and advanced branching strategies (e.g. Gitflow),</li> <li>scripting skills in Python, Bash, Go, or Ruby for tooling and automation,</li> <li>knowledge of Android and/or iOS SDKs and modern mobile architectures,</li> <li>app Store and Google Play policy and compliance knowledge,</li> <li>experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban),</li> <li>practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,</li> <li>English - B2+.</li> <li> Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required. </li> </ul> <h2>Nice to have:</h2> <ul> <li> Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work. </li> <li>Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.</li> </ul> <h2>Recruitment Process:</h2> CV review – HR call – Interview – Client Interview – Decision
