This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ideal for someone interested in building a strong foundation in brand and performance marketing.</div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><div>Creative + Asset Support </div><ul> <li>Draft initial versions of creative briefs using templates </li> <li>Support ad creative brief development by researching competitor ads, messaging angles, and value propositions </li> <li>Submit creative for review and update assets based on feedback </li> <li>Track status of campaign assets and follow up on deliverables </li> <li>Organize and maintain asset folders and files </li> <li>Review and QA creative (e.g., Darkroom assets) before final approval </li> <li>Check, confirm, and save before & after (B&A) responses </li> </ul><div> Studio Support + Request Coordination </div><ul> <li>Monitor and support inbound studio requests </li> <li>Respond to simple or repeat requests using templates </li> <li>Escalate more complex requests with clear context </li> <li>Track request status and ensure follow-through </li> <li>Support calendar management and input completed briefs into Notion </li> <li>Sourcing of before and afters </li> </ul><div> Events + Partnership Support </div><ul> <li>Assist with event and partnership logistics </li> <li>Coordinate details such as dates, times, and deliverables </li> <li>Maintain event checklists and timelines </li> </ul><div> Research + List Building </div><ul> <li>Conduct competitive and audience research to identify growth opportunities </li> <li>Analyze competitor marketing and ad strategies </li> <li>Research potential partners, influencers, and local opportunities </li> <li>Support outreach preparation (drafting and organizing materials) </li> </ul><div> Paid + Content Support </div><ul> <li>Draft and iterate on ad copy across paid social and search (headlines, body copy, CTAs) </li> <li>Schedule and publish social posts </li> <li>Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, basic responses) </li> <li>Track, save, and organize influencer content </li> </ul><div> Content + Brand Support </div><ul> <li>Assist with Studio Spotlight editing (images and submissions) </li> <li>Help maintain consistency across submitted content and brand standards </li> </ul><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</h3><ul> <li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field </li> <li>Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with dates, pricing, and copy </li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities </li> <li>Clear and professional written communication skills </li> <li>Interest in marketing, social media, branding, and events </li> <li>Ability to follow established processes and templates with a high degree of accuracy </li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment </li> <li>Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok </li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) </li> </ul><div> <strong>Nice to Have</strong> </div><ul> <li>Familiarity with Figma for reviewing or making light edits to creative assets </li> <li>Experience using Notion or similar project management tools </li> <li>Prior internship or coursework related to marketing, content, or digital media </li> </ul><div><br></div>
