Reporting to the Chief of Tax Operations, you'll own the operational reporting infrastructure that makes our performance visible, trustworthy, and predictive.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">This isn't a back-office admin role. You'll build the capacity models, dashboards, and data pipelines that drive real decisions; how we allocate work, where we invest, and when to act before a problem becomes visible to clients. Leadership focuses on coaching and strategy; you ensure they're working from numbers they can trust.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">You'll do this work primarily in HubSpot, which is our operational platform. You should be deeply comfortable building reports, managing properties, and navigating workflow logic inside HubSpot.
