This is a dynamic, hands-on role that bridges the gap between sales and technology, <strong>encompassing Pre-Sales consulting, solution design, and expert Post-Sales support.</strong></p><p>As a key technical advisor, you will partner with distributors, system integrators, and regional sales managers to architect and implement world-class Professional AV and Unified Communications (UC) solutions.</p><p><b>This role requires regular travel across the LATAM region.</b></p><hr><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><p><b>Strategic Pre-Sales & Design</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Solution Architecture:</b> Design and recommend end-to-end Pro AV solutions, including system designs, BOMs, and single-line drawings.</p></li><li><p><b>Technical Advocacy:</b> Deliver compelling product demos, webinars, and technical workshops to key stakeholders.</p></li><li><p><b>Tender Support:</b> Provide expert technical input for RFPs and complex tender processes.</p></li><li><p><b>Validation:</b> Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects and solution validations at customer sites.</p></li></ul><p><b>Post-Sales & Technical Excellence</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Expert Support:</b> Troubleshoot complex AV hardware, software, and networking issues across cloud-based and on-premise platforms.</p></li><li><p><b>Implementation:</b> Guide system configuration, commissioning, and deployment for high-scale installations.</p></li><li><p><b>Knowledge Transfer:</b> Design and deliver technical training sessions for partners and end-users.</p></li><li><p><b>Case Management:</b> Resolve technical support cases efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.</p></li></ul><p><b>Regional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Market Intelligence:</b> Translate customer feedback and regional requirements into actionable insights for R&D and Product Management.</p></li><li><p><b>Business Growth:</b> Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify new opportunities through a technical lens.</p></li></ul><hr><h3><b>Requirements</b></h3><p><b>Experience & Education</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Academic Background:</b> Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Telecom), IT, or AV Technologies.</p></li><li><p><b>Industry Expertise:</b> 3+ years in Professional AV or Unified Communications.</p></li><li><p><b>Proven Track Record:</b> Experience with AV manufacturers, distributors, or top-tier system integrators.</p></li></ul><p><b>Technical Proficiency</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Core Tech:</b> Expertise in AV-over-IP, Video Switching, Signal Distribution, and Control Systems.</p></li><li><p><b>Protocols:</b> Deep familiarity with HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, AES67, and USB streaming.</p></li><li><p><b>Networking:</b> Strong understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals (CCNA level is a major advantage).</p></li><li><p><b>Platforms:</b> Proficiency in major UC and collaboration platforms.</p></li></ul><p><b>Competencies</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Communication:</b> Exceptional presentation skills in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).</p></li><li><p><b>Mindset:</b> A natural problem-solver who thrives in multicultural environments and can work independently.</p></li><li><p><b>Adaptability:</b> A fast learner with "system-level" thinking.</p></li></ul><hr><h3><b>Why Join Kramer?</b></h3><ul><li><p><b>Global Impact:</b> Shape how the world experiences communication technology.</p></li><li><p><b>Growth:</b> Competitive compensation and clear paths for career and leadership development.</p></li><li><p><b>Culture:</b> A collaborative, innovative environment where your technical expertise directly influences the product roadmap.</p></li></ul>
