Walmart Expert (Private Label)

About the Role

Scribbledo is looking for a highly skilled Walmart Marketplace Expert (Private Label) to manage and scale our Walmart business. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Walmart ecosystem end-to-end—from product research to listing optimization and advertising strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Walmart Seller Center accounts
• Launch and scale Private Label products on Walmart Marketplace
• Conduct in-depth product research and competitor analysis
• Create and optimize high-converting product listings (SEO-focused)
• Handle Walmart Sponsored Ads (PPC) campaigns, including strategy, scaling, and performance tracking
• Diagnose and resolve listing issues (e.g., indexing, visibility, suppressed listings)
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, ROAS, and organic ranking
• Stay updated with Walmart algorithm changes and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience with Walmart Private Label business
• Strong command of Walmart Seller Center
• Hands-on experience in listing optimization and keyword ranking
• Expertise in managing and scaling Walmart Sponsored Ads
• Ability to troubleshoot issues like non-indexing or low visibility
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international clients or brands
• Familiarity with related tools
• Understanding of multi-channel eCommerce (Amazon/Target experience is a plus)

Work Schedule Must be available to work according to US Eastern Time (EST)
